Your Booking
At Revival Hair, Beauty and Aesthetic, we strive to provide the best customer service possible. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we offer online booking and may require a booking fee to secure your appointment. Please note that any late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of your booking fee (if applicable) or 50% of the service cost to cover losses resulting from the missed appointment. We reserve the right to withdraw on-line booking permissions where customers persistently fail to attend appointments.

We will invite you to discuss your issues with our clinic manager who will assist you to resolve issues promptly.

Patch Testing Policy
Patch testing is a crucial step in ensuring the safety of our clients during hair treatments, tints, lasers, micro-pigmentation and other chemical services. We require all clients to undergo a patch test at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. This test helps us identify any potential allergic reactions and allows us to adjust our products accordingly. We take the health and safety of our clients seriously and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Health and Well-being
We take the health and well-being of our clients very seriously. Due to the nature of some of our treatments we may need to assess your medical history. It is import that you give complete and correct information when discussing your medical history. We understand the sensitive nature of this information and take all necessary steps to ensure that it is stored and protected in line with data protection and GDPR regulations. Our clients can trust that their information is safe with us and will only be used for the purpose of providing the best possible treatment.
